I like that this is not the only difference between them. Frank's animations from using weapons to eating food, the animations are completely from the first game, he isn't Chuck reskinned. This is the right way to make a character return, not like dead rising 4.

Jordan in the beginning, like when you were taking photo in the helicopter. Its name is Arrival. It’s in the background of the song for combining things in off the record.

I just realized, Chuck doesn’t seem to get hurt or have much trouble with the creation. However, Frank, who isn’t as crafty with his hands, ends up hurting his hand a bit and is more careful to what he does

I think it's because as he was a runner and as seen in the intro of the game and in Case Zero Chuck was able to fix a Motorcycle and logically he knew about mechanics and that would explain why he is so skilled with the Tools.

Chuck is confident, methodical, and a practiced hand. Knows exactly what he's making and is super smug when it comes together. Rightfully so, he's a mechanic and built a motorcycle from scrap parts. Frank is clumsy, slapdash, and inexperienced with it. Just finished reading the how-to manual, almost seems surprised that what he tried actually works. Rightfully so, he improvises on the spot and just *makes* it all work. I wouldn't have it any other way.

You'll get the Chuck outfit if you got DR2 game and DR2 data on your console so the OTR will scan your console for DR2 data, once it found, the game will inform you that, "A DR2 save data detected! You unlocked Chuck Greene jacket!"

I still say they should have made the case zero ending where Chuck goes back to the room and finds katie gone, canon. I know they frame it as though she turned, but it would have been perfect for the story. Keep Frank as the main protagonist in DR2 and so when he fights Chuck, it makes it story relevant due to Chuck believing he lost his daughter. Would make the story elements from DR3 work more since they still end up referencing Frank, but shoehorned Chuck and his daughter back in. Doing as I suggested would at least bring an element of understanding as to why Chuck is acting the way he is in part 3. The way the were shown in the 3rd game only made me hate them as people because the reason they were a part of the story was so generic.
