Great information! My experience is that racism is on the decline, but it's important to balance that experience with data. "Racism" is undergoing redefinition in the culture, but a look at the historical trends on miscegenation and intermarriage gives a positive view into society.

Racism always has, and always will be alive. That's an inescapable fact. But it's nowhere near where it was 100, 50, even 20 years ago. Nor is the United States the worst offender. On the contrary, virtually every nation on the planet registers higher percentages of xenophobic and racist beliefs, especially in the middle East, Asia, Russia and Africa. Just another form of tribalism that we've been trying to overcome since the dawn of humanity. And though so called progressives say they're not, their words often tell a different tale. It's never as simple as north and south..
