@DeadDodgeGarage, i bought a 68 Valiant that came with a factory rallye dash from them, and just made a deal , getting a few sweptline grills, some 727's, and a factory big block 78 Dodge van, for some parts that I wasn't really using. Great guys.

I love this,Absolutely coolest project! I found that when starting engines that had water in them that I crank them over without the oil filter for a bit to blow all the water crap out of the oil pump and passages.

I cut this for time, but the oil coming out of the filter (and therefore the galleys) did not have water in it, because it had not been cranked since the water intrusion issue developed. So I felt good about just replacing the filter.

A friend of mine in Southern Oregon had a 69 Super Bee with a built Hemi, 4 speed and 5.13 gears. It was fast and fun. He also had an A100 with a 440 Six Pack mounted in the front. The ride was absolutely terrifying!

Oooohh,,, halon fire extinguisher. If its still full that is a rare thing to find, but maybe not the best for dealing with the kinds of fires you hopefully won't get in that banana. Really glad you were able to keep the base engine and get it running pretty well! I definitely like the crossed-over headers. And its nice to hear you on the happy side of a project ;). I'd still take your red Charger over the banana, but it is amazingly cool.

@@DeadDodgeGarage there was one here locally, was abandoned down in a really inaccessable rock quarry and full of bullet holes. It got rescued by the rust bro's tv show, they had to remove it with a helicopter. It got resold to some vdub nut.

Many, many, years ago, when I was just a tiny Wig, I used to read a magazine called 'CARtoons'. I will always remember that they had a FC Dodge that they put a hemi in the bed and yep, did wheelies in it. And I have fond memories of the Little Red Wagon as well. Ah, memories. We will enjoy them.

"Born in 1964" my dad had one in the early 70's it was a 225 ,3 on the tree.an I would ride on the center engine cover...aka ..safety 3rd...would love to have one but it's sorta a unicorn..not many left.top 3 pick for me.i already have my no.1 it's a 1970 barracuda 383 an my 1973 340 4 speed duster...maybe one day who knows.habe fun with it.
