Much like Hansel in "Zoolander," the '68-70 Charger is so hot right now. And among them, the cars commanding the most ridiculous prices are original Charger R/Ts. But what makes the R/T so special? If you ask me, 80% of the appeal is the little badge that says R/T, denoting that it is not the standard cruising model. But people in various groups on the internet argue that the R/T was totally different, and light years beyond the standard car in its performance and construction. How could that be possible, when both cars are built out of the exact same sheet metal components?
