@MdoubleHB All these comments about other people and how all of us are wrong about everything and you are right, its like if a little girl started a cult and she wouldn't listen to any adult ever, people are going to be different than you whether you like it or not, so why don't you see that they can accept you for who you are and reciprocate out of appreciation? Don't be full of hatred just think about what I said, I see you everywhere so maybe its time to have a real conversation if you're genuine.

@MdoubleHB ok so you fell in the trap, now I know you're just a troll, otherwise you'll defend your position, anyway I kinda new from day 1 when I saw you speak in religion at first then after a while you spoke about animal meat and now you're just trying to diss whatever you can find in poplar channels to seek attention, If your comments were serious you would be a simple minded vegan person church goer which doesn't make sense plus you wouldn't be familiar with the stuff you mention and try to diss, also the type of content you comment on proves that you are not that type of person, using some slang words and shortcuts in plenty of videos too, now that I know your secret I have the power to tell it in every comment section after you comment haha.

Back: tbarrows, back rowing: bar, bent bar, lats bar rowing. Back plus legs twice a week. Legs: calves, thighs, shanks: twice a week 4,000 repetitions per week with weight. Triceps: once a week seated Triceps Extension, lift rope rod. Biceps once a week: precher curl, bent bar curls, barbell curls. Push-ups 3 times a week on the handles 500 reps in 1 session. ABS and vacuum daily 5 days a week. Cardio daily 5 days a week. Forearm bentbar once a week. I do not have video equipment or any professional audio-video equipment. Like most people on this planet i don't get any monetary compensation for what I do and do not have a sports or bodybuilding business with anyone. Bodybuilding exercises are performed with the simplest possible equipment. A noticeable increase in muscle mass in the whole body. Dominant parts. Chest, shoulders, arms, shrugs. I admire all bodybuilders from the United States even those who are no longer with us here on this planet I watch the news on youtube in my free time. I am a huge fan.

Great job Larry. Your reasons for competing make a lot of sense. I remember during my prime I'd developed 20" arms but I'd NEVER show them. In fact I always wore big baggy clothes hiding myself away. It was a personal thing. I wasn't my perfect self yet, so I wasn't satisfied in showing myself even if I was absolutely jacked. I didn't even take one single personal picture of myself. I was very close to satisfying my lofty self expectations when I got injured(shoulder). I didn't return to lifting for over a decade. Eventually had surgery, which I semi regret. I never reached my goals when I was 100% certain I'd surpass them in time. You're wiser than I was in regards to not taking anything for granted. Now I show my little 16" arms without a second thought... I hope you surpass your expectations at the meet! It was just a question.

Larry Goddamn. That was the best set of your career. Your control and drive off the floor was insane. I have always thought you used too much hamstrings and back when pulling and glad you have taken advice and used those quads when pulling. Your deadlift is about to be scary. Good thing is with all those years of pulling with your hips so far back you have very strong spinal erectors so you can easily lockout anything and with that force from the bottom your sticking point is almost non existent.
