A lot of this is PEDs. A lot of it. Yes, he is naturally very strong and works hard, but it's the PEDs which give the superhuman strength, that's why they are called performance enhancing. He will admit that himself. I am personally not interested as I consider it to be cheating to use PEDs.
@k3rrfit
@k3rrfit 2 жыл бұрын
@@holliswilliams8426 I would only consider it cheating if they lied about it their PED use or entered a competition that is a “natural competition” while they are on PEDS, or previously took “PEDS”. If they are open, honest & enter competitions that endorse the use of PEDS, that is not cheating.

Larry's greatest PR was a few yrs ago and I don't know if he will ever match it again no matter how big he gets. He did 500lb for 20 reps.

Just have a question about the elbow wraps. In your tutorial video from a few years ago you wrapped in to out but here you're getting it wrapped out to in. Is it like knee wraps where you have to wrap a certain way to minimize injury risk or does it not matter?

unless I just interpreted the angle wrong and it was in to out in that case disregard my comment lol
