Ok great tips fellas! My friend was wrong that you have to start on a squat position, but that's too low in my opinion.

Really good video! I have a question tho, i cant even get down to the bar without a rounding lower back. If my friend try to macke it flat i just fall back. What should i do?

The 1-2 inch space in between the bar and your legs when going up.. Perfect the lift before you make videos on deadlift please
