Deadly Decadence | S-Rank, No Powers, No Map | Dark Deception v1.9.6

In this video, I show off my S-Rank playthrough of Dark Deception's Deadly Decadence level without using the tablet. This includes not using the tablet's powers or using the tablet's map.
I played the v1.9.6 Steam edition of this game.

I would get a heart attack if I play this game myself, so I just watch Gameplays, and the game looks very hard. Then playing it without the map seems impossible to me, its very cool that you did it!

Thanks! I appreciate it! 🙂 I'm currently focused on doing Bearly Buried at the moment. After that, I'm going to give Torment Therapy another try, because from what I've seen so far, Torment Therapy is the hardest one, and maybe even impossible.

In my opinion, the best golden watcher is.....statue 173 from scp unity. This level would be really challenging, if watchers were much faster then player, were moving while you weren't looking at them (this dudes can't move even there's a not glass wall between you and them), and here was the blinking mechanic like in scp unity. But now we have only laughing British guys with the best game soundtrack👍

A lot of people already struggle with Deadly Decadence. If the Gold Watchers were as fast as SCP-173, most players would just give up. 😆 It would be good for Hard mode though, whenever Hard mode gets added! 👍 You know recently, it just occurred to me, can you beat SCP-173's blinking mechanic by blinking one eye at a time, so that you always keep at least one eye open to look at it?

I believe old versions had more dangerous Gold Watchers. They would cut you off more often, they were slightly faster and, as seen in some youtuber's videos such as Dawko's, would move if there was a wall/object in the way, so they'd always be close to you.

Unfortunately no because you need to use Primal Fear several times in order to get the Ring Pieces back and defeat the boss. You also need to use Speed Boost to get past the speed barrier during the escape sequence. However, I am still making attempts to S-Rank Bearly Buried by using the minimal number of powers possible... and it's very hard... a lot harder than Mascot Mayhem. I'm getting better though! Yesterday, I got down to 5 shards left in Zone 2!

is it possible in torment therapy (not including the boss)

Unfortunately not because you need Teleport to get onto the ambulances between each zone, you need Teleport again or another power for the stealth sequence (because there's no way of getting past the Matron without powers), and you also need to use a power during the escape sequence to get past the Reaper Nurses which spawn very close to you. I'm hoping that there are bugs which allows these things to be avoided, but it doesn't seem likely there are. 😥
