Names of arrested persons reveal that criminals of neighboring states have infiltrated Goa, especially North Goa famous for Real Estare Mafia and Drug cartels. Ruling Party is actively connected to these activities. In such situations, it becomes difficult for a honest Policeman to track and nab criminals as preemptive measure, if at all a honest policeman exists.
