I was a junior in high-school when I hear this song for the first time... Nostalgia hurts man, I can't believe it's been over 10 years.

i know dude i know... i was in middle school and everything around me felt so dark but this songs and so many old mau5 tracks made me see the beauty in my daily life, walking to 7eleven, chillin in the park, dreaming. At least we got to live it :)

This song is the best deadmau5 song during his pre-2008 days. The ambient introduction was moving, dreamy and heavenly. It makes me smile with glee. Then there's that piano melody after the alarm clock part... Just... Wow. I love deadmau5's music in his pre-2008 days, and I sure as hell do love his music now. But this song is a very moving and memorable piece of art, and it shows deadmau5 truly has talent. If it wasn't for him, I would NEVER have considered to be a producer. Thank you deadmau5.

Circa's great, you don't even need to tell me, heard it a while ago. Feeling Fresh, Another Mistake, Good Karma, it has a nostalgic vibe that I cant quite exactly describe but I know he'll never be able to make an album like that again unfortunately.

I don't know why but this song makes me cry from happiness. Joel is really one of the greatest EDM producers ever, all of his old projects (Circa 1998-2002, A Little Oblique, Project 56, Get Scraped and Vexillology) are simply amazing... he has beautiful songs like this in all of his old projects.. Joel, you're one of my biggest idols.

Being a billionaire isn't the American Dream. The American Dream is a middle class existence for all peoples. Ownership of family property and local government based on community property ownership. It is the elevation of the peasant class to a communitarian landowning class of coequals. Not the creation of billionare parasite olgarchs.
@jayarrbobdobbs8 жыл бұрын
Jason Smith No I'm taking the american dream in it's original Jeffersonian context. Social darwinism is a lie. It's just the way the people that want to put billionaires' balls in their mouth justify their sexual preferences.
@jayarrbobdobbs8 жыл бұрын
If Social Darwinism was what you wanted you wouldn't be complaining that it's immoral to estate tax people at 100%. Darwinism in the sense of survival of the fittest doesn't make a distinction when a dozen mangy hyenas take down and eat a lion. The hyenas won because they are the most fit to survive.

I look out the window of my small apartment, it isn't much, just a bed/kitchen mashed into one room with a bathroom and closet. I get dressed and leave home, heading to work. I work at a fairly good paying job, i pick fruits, and i'm a janitor at this school that isnt far from the fields. I made it, I finally made it... But then i wake up in a truck filled with people like me, back to Mexico we go... No wonder it's called the American Dream, its pure mental fiction...

yeah but once you realize that the dream isn't really that good and it's better to live a simple life and be happy than live an extravagant life and be sad then you enjoy life for what it is instead of wishing you had it all.
