I don't really goof over movie stars that much ever but I gotta say Ryan Reynolds may be the perfect star to me at every level. I follow his YT channel and the dude is consistently hilarious and at peak level with everything he does. In the old comics, Colossus was a big guy in his human form. When he transformed into his metal form he was even bigger. They also really played up the Boy Scout image, maybe too much.

The band made quite a few comic book references in their songs, so the writers returned the favor when naming a (very minor) character in one of the X-Men-related titles. In the story, I think it was Kitty Pride/Shadowcat who commented, "Wow. We really *have* run out of code names, haven't we?"

Negasonic Teenage Warhead was indeed an X-Man in the comics. However, her powers had to do with telepathy and seeing the future. In the movie, they seem to have given her the powers of another character: Cannonball. The biggest difference in their powers is that Cannonball could fly. They movie writers liked her name, but wanted her to have powers that match. Since Deadpool, Negasonic has learned to use her powers in a new way - allowing her to match up to the movie version.

Kool Refresher....... The Stan Lee Cameo, alot of people are suprized by him being the DJ....... Stan Lee wrote a comic "Stripperella".... they even made an animated series with Pam Anderson-Lee as the voice of the main character....... Deadpool is a self aware comic, He knows he is a cartoon character, which is why he consistly breaks the 4th wall and talks to the audience, Even in the comic books.... To get financing and Approval to do the movie.... they filmed the Highway bridge scene, then "Leaked" the footage so there was public wanting the movie to be made....
