Gambit is Cajun, a member of any of the largely self-contained communities in the bayou areas of southern Louisiana formed by descendants of French Canadians, speaking an archaic form of French. Tatum's accent is accurate. He's been waiting a long time to play Gambit, I hope this film will make that happen.

The Canadian Provence of New Brunswick mainly & Nova Scotia had the old name of ACADIA. Once the French sold Acadia to the British, they offered a place to relocate. @ there have been mass migrations of people throughout history. Here are some examples. The Sorbs are a Slavic tribe that were the westernmost, right up against what is now Germany. They are the Sorbs. They speak Sorbian. Half of the original population of Sorbs went south and integrated with the locals of what is now Serbia! A mass migration to become a blended new entity- like Paraguay. The Spanish came from far away and were forced to take Guarani wives or husbands to make sure Paraguay will forever be their own deal. The people known as the Navajo originated from the area that is currently known as the North West Territories in Canada. En mass the NaDene went south and south until they found the perfect spot and ran the Hopi out. These NaDene were like the Sorbs. By the time 1776 rolled around, they called themselves the Dene’. The U.S. Government’s forced relocation of the Dene was shock to the culture as a whole. Once the Gov’t realized they didn’t learn from the trail of tears, (paraphrasing) they let them go back to their homeland. After that ordeal, they renamed themselves the Navajo. The reason a good portion of Navajo look sunburnt, like prolonged radiation, is because their genes are for northern cold snowy forests. And then there is the Ket tribe in Siberia who are the last remaining Yenisai Ostyak. Once they crossed they Bering Straight, they became known as the Athabaskan people; of which the NaDene are part of. Exodus’ happen all the time in human history. The key question is why? Family disputes or political weddings? Look at the end of WWII. Germans found out they were now living in Poland and as a whole moved west. But depending upon where they landed, they either got freedom courtesy of the USA, or got Big Brother style police state of East Germany. Reporting on parents was encouraged. Bavaria or Thuringia? Heading west, how west do you go? A decision that could forever change your way of life. And then there is the Partition……

They came up with the idea late in production and there was not enough time or budget to get a realistic looking CGI wolverine to use in the scene. Also the other variants are: Genuinely comic accurate short king, YES Wolverine is 5’ 3” in the comics Crucified Wolverine from Uncanny X-Men 251 Patch, which is Wolverine’s alias when he goes undercover in fancy places “Glam Rock Logan” is Wolverine from Age Of Apocalypse The classic John Byrne brown and tan outfit is from when Wolverine first fought The Hulk in the comics. Hell more than 2/3 of the IMAX theater I was in were cheering and crying during that montage.😭😭😭👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Also, this movie has the most millennial targeted soundtrack I have ever heard in a movie with *NSYNC, The Goo Goo Dolls, Fergie, Avril Lavigne and of course Green Day.
