Consider this: The whole premise of this movie is based on essentially the end credit scene of Deadpool 2. If you recall, he goes back in time and saves all the people at that party with Cable’s time travel device. He’s probably made such a mess of that timeline that they want to prune all the excess branches.

Here’s a few of my thoughts about the Deadpool Trailer. 1. The time jumping during the DP2 Post Credit is likely why the TVA is searching for him. He also knows he is a comic book character, so it would make sense his “multiversal awareness” would be useful to them. 2. I believe the TVA we see is the TVA of the Fox Multiverse. Remember in the Finale of Loki Season 1 there were two Black Holes in the intro. I believe those are separate multiverses, thus separate TVAs. New people, coloring, etc. Perhaps I’m wrong, but strange it looks so different from the end of Loki S2? 3. Paradox, the TVA Agent we see, could want Deadpool to help assemble a team to save their Fox multiverse, which is why he goes to that casino-like location to meet with Wolverine. That is his “Patch” alter-ego from the comics that he typically uses in Madripoor. I bet they use a different actor like Egerton or Radcliffe. 4. By the end of the movie, whether intentional or not, we have some legacy Fox characters end up in the MCU multiverse (Deadpool, Wolverine, etc). The Fox universe (or multiverse depending on how they do it) will be left behind and officially gone. That’s how they get integrated and are a big part of the Secret Wars build up. 5. I don’t think this will be primarily focused on the broader MCU for now, but will be about celebrating the Fox universe and saying goodbye as we integrate the two into the MCU. Maybe in a post credits we will have a connection somehow but it won’t be the focus of the movie.

Yeah, you can't expect them to coordinate perfectly though with the art and set staffing of Loki when this is being filmed for many years even before Loki season 2. They may have just finished the set and costumes before knowing how Loki would turn out. Or it's just that the TVA got some upgrades since they no longer are just yes men and are stable without the direction of He Who Remains. They also exist outside of the normal flow of time so it could have been eons in the TVA since Loki became God of Stories compared to months or years in the main MCU timeline.

I think your guesses are pretty good apart from number 2 :P There is only one TVA. TVA in fox universe wouldnt even make sense tbh. It looks like they are in different part of TVA perhaps (hard to say), but other than that - TVA is huge, almost infinite place as we saw in Loki. There are many towers. They might bump into Loki, or Mobius - but honestly - they dont have to and it still can just be the same TVA. Them taking a shot at fox universe just tells me that probably, considering how people always laughed that their timelines dont make sense - that its all messed up so much that they have to take out Deadpool who now also just added to it with multiple time travels and so on xD The logo of 20th century fox in the void would probably mean that TVA is trying to prune the mess that is fox universe and perhaps Deadpool learns it and tries to save his home and he tries to recruit Wolverine to join him? Thats a guess at this point, but honestly - messy timelines of fox universe is something that is a perfect plot target for TVA considering how X-men movies have always been famous for totally messed up timeline.

He already hogged all the spotlight from the other legacy X-Men characters in the Fox movies. here is my hairbrained theory about Deadpool. The TVA in the trailer is NOT the same TVA from Loki, but is instead the TVA for...the Fox Marvel Cinematic Universe (FMCU), and that they bring recruit Deadpool because he has already messed with the timeline in bringing Vanessa back from the last film, but also because they recognize that he can see or is aware of multiple universes/timelines, and that the MCU is now merging with the FMCU and that the whole Secret Wars story line will be the FMCU and the MCU fighting as their realities merge. What's more, the FMCU TVA will be led by Dr. Doom, because not only is that something he would do, it's something he HAS done, in the comics, specifically in the Secret Wars comic book that's laying on the ground next to Deadpool at the end of the trailer!

From the rumors that I’ve heard, Deadpool and Wolverine are both going to be recruited by the TVA to fight alongside other Multiversal heroes in the Multiversal War against the Council of Kangs. I think the reason why Deadpool is fighting against the TVA at one point is because he goes rogue to be friends with Wolverine. Plus his actions in the previous movie caused some new branching universes to form which caused some incursions to occur. By the end of this, Deadpool, Wolverine, Wade’s family, some X-Men variants, etc. are probably going to end up in the prime MCU universe. This could probably explain the newspaper article in She Hulk that said “man fights in bar brawl with metal claws.” Plus, I could totally see Jackman’s Wolverine fight against Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk in World War Hulk. I’d also like to see Wolverine team up with Tobey Maguire Spider-Man to lead the Multiversal Avengers alongside the main heroes in the fight against Kang the Conqueror.
