Deadpool 2 ended with him messing with the timeline, of course he'd show up on the TVA's radar. Though they'll probably want to use his awareness of the 4th wall and the rest of the multiverse to save heroes/villains from incursions. They've already got Pyro in this trailer, and there's leaked footage of another villain (don't want to spoil anyone) from one of the X-Men movies. Just imagine how many more there will be.

Considering all of Wade's antics after the end of Deadpool 2, where he manipulated not only the timeline of his universe but other existing universes within the multiverse it makes perfect sense that he would draw the attention of the TVA. I think the TVA gets involved in Deadpool because Wade went back in time to save his wife and other futures in DP2 which changed a bunch of timelines. So TVA came to prune Wade and give him a chance to enter sacred timeline of Universe 616 of our MCU!😮😮
