I dont give a fuck what any body says, this band a pure visceral expression of emotion and musicality. Some people dont get it thats cool some people didnt understand classical musicians that pushed the boundaries of music and are now studied across the entire world. I love this bands music its get me through some shit. Another thing they may look like hipsters but when the go metal that dont bitch out!

+dougman999 Nothing wrong, they both are post black metal (Alcest was the "creator" of the genre before change their sound totally to shoegaze/dreampop ) Ghost Bath, Lantlos, Thranenkind, Violet cold, Funeral Bloom, Dystopia Na are other good examples.

RESERVAS HOTEL MARISCAL CARTAGO They (or more so the media) has named it "blackgaze" (black metal elements + shoegaze) "post-black metal" doesn't sound adequate enough this new genre of black metal tbh but genre labelling aside, I have to agree, check all of them out! Also this doesn't sound that positive, not in the traditional sense, it's not black metal worship like Darkthrone, Watain, Burzum or Mayhem but to a degree Deafheaven sound bleak, almost apocalyptic.
