I've seen so many criticisms thrown at this band and I don't see any of them. Kerry fucking shreds and is an immaculate composer, George connects immediately with their audience (and I very much like his lyrics too), and the band as a whole absolutely fucking rules. Top notch metal coming from them since 2011. Sunbather is probably one of the most important albums in the whole genre this decade and New Bermuda bangs. Deafheaven, NOT OVERRATED.
