Hey do you ever check the book value to ascertain which cars are worth taking a chance on? Also, what determines whether a car red light and green light? Do Manheim offer a warranty for an additional fee?

I personally just check to see what others are selling theirs for, and I'm not sure what determines red or green light. I guess it's just what the seller wants to warranty it or not

Back in the good old days at the real Manheim in PA no one would even look at such high mileage, beat up loads such as seen here. I'm flabbergasted at comments about cars with over 150k being nice! Most people in central NY wouldn't even waste time getting behind the wheel of such thoroughly worn out vehicles! Only the nicest, low mileage cars went there -- the turds went to the other three southern PA sales where they would find interest.

How come you don’t mess with the Hybrids? I mean besides the fact that maybe the battery is at the end of its life and could be an expensive cost? Because economy wise those be the best ones for best MPGs and I’d imagine they are appealing to most people shopping cheap cars. Interested in hearing your thoughts.
