One of the most ridiculous power ups available to Teferi right now is Cosmic Epiphany (draw cards equal to instants/sorceries in your GY). It's very easy to hit 7+

The problem I encountered with this deck concept is that Teferi, Gix and Sheoldred are already so strong on their own that you do not need another win condition. Rather than using them to support your win condition, you just bring in removal and counterspells to support them and win the game.

You can just easily take everything off the main burner and put them as two ofs leaving plenty of room for removal and then having multiple options as win cons that when drawn in groups work really well together

I have a version of this but more focused on forcing opponents to draw. With Sheoldred on board Fell Stinger can force 6+2 damage for their turn draw. Haven't seen anyone try it on me yet. Catches most by surprise

There's also a pretty mid 3 cmc black instant where you can target your opponent to draw 2 lose 2 as well

The cards I can think of off the top of my head are Bloodthirsty Adversary (red) and Devious Coverup (blue). The latter puts cards back in your deck.

Yogmoth is best to attack first and then use his ability so you have more cards to switch with there cards, he can be tapped and still active
