Hi, what kind of sublimation ink are you using? I noticed you were not putting paper between the shirts. 😊

I use Epson ink. You have to have your settings on basic printing. If you have ot on high quality it will put down too much ink and could cause bleeding through the shirt. I will probably do a video testing out different papers and print settings soon

Yeah. I've had some customers who wanted 10 star Platinum shirt products, yet indecisive and when it comes time to pay want the hook-up. I've had to let a lot of people go. Losing the money was unfortunate but not having the long term stress made up for it. As they say all money ain't good money.😏

You need to have a receipt that protects you and write the rules of the sale and have them sign it . Write everything itemized that they ordered the first time and not allow them to change the order. You should consult with a lawyer about making a receipt that protects you.

I have forms at my shop that I get customers to sign that have that info on them but broke my own rule because she was at her job and asked me id I could pick up items.
