Wow! I love that you made this video. I can completely relate. I was molested by my dad nonstop from age 12 to 17, and I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, possibly ADHD, and used to be suicidal. What made the situation worse was that when I finally told my mom about it, she made me to lie to the cops about it, so he was never prosecuted. She's still married and living with him to this day. I had to still live with him even after the fact, and that shit hurt me DEEPLY. I had to marry in order to get out of the house then because he continuously abused me in other ways. It was the right man, but wrong timing. We have suffered a LOT of financial and emotional damage over this because I have a lot of issues surrounding this topic. I am still struggling to be able to stick to therapy because of insurance issues, but I cannot give up. My 5 kids need me. I always watch your vids for these kinds of topics, but I usually post from my other youtube account. I am so glad that you figured out the root of your pain, because that helps a lot, knowing what happened and when and why you started veering onto a certain path in life. It definitely helps to know and accept that it wasn't your fault. :)

Also, you're so right about the race thing. We do get shamed when we seek help, as if we're not supposed to. They just expect us to suffer and die out... well, not me! lol ;)
