The pink bins were from Office Depot. They were meant for holding file folders on a desktop. The pink side is actually the front, but I use them sideways. I don't see them on the web-site (I got them in the store), but they are the Realspace brand and pink pebble was the design. I use a Brother P-touch label maker that I got on Amazon. It uses cassette cartridges that come in different sizes and colors. The cartridges are more expensive than a Dymo labeller, but you get a lot from one cartridge and you design the labels on your computer and print them with the label maker so you can use any font in addition to using pictures.

I keep the paces and don't have them do the test except to see if they got it:) I don't keep grades because I don't want them to move on unless they got it 100 percent!!

Don't throw it away! They will take it back and donate it to kids in other countries. The kids in other countries have no problem with it being used.

Andrea, do you use the full ACE curriculum for your kids or only a select number of subjects? I was considering mixing and matching from a few curriculum but wasn't sure if ACE builds upon each other in the different subjects.

How does the ace work on quizzes, if any? Can they go back and look in book? example in science book or language.

How long would you hold onto the tests in the attic? Will you save them until they graduate? I haven not saved all mine, just have their finale score grades stored in a filing cabinet.

There's really no need to save them at all. I think I just started because I hadn't set up a record keeping system at first and I wanted to be able to go back and fill everything in. Now it's more sentimental than anything. I still haven't finished Kon Mari-ing our sentimental things. When I do I may look through everything and just select a few tests for scrapbooks to show their work and how they've grown.

+Jackie Hernandez Do you mean editing the video? If so, we have Corel Videostudio X7, although I used to use the Movie Maker that comes as part of the Microsoft package. If that's not what you meant, you'll have to clarify. :)

How to grade?

There are score keys for all of the PACE booklets that have all of the answers. You buy them separately. The score keys have an answer key for the tests in them, too.

@@TheMillsFamilyVlog How do you come up with a final grade? Do you count the tests? Or do you use the checkups and daily work as well?

Well they have to retake the test if the score less than 80% at our house, but an average of the test scores is how we do it.
