DEALING WITH DOUBTS AND WHISPERS FROM SHAYTAN

When this brother says it takes some people 2 hours to do one salaah due to wiswaas, he is telling the truth. This use to happen to me. Then I started ignoring the thoughts, after a while it now takes me maximum 5 minutes to pray, without any difficulty at all. Brothers and sisters take heed to this advice, you HAVE to ignore the whispers, otherwise it becomes worse.

Subhan Allah. This was very beneficial. I at times thought I was being punished for these whisperings because they kept up occurring, but Alhumdulillah now I’m even more certain that this is just part of the test that Allah created us for. Shaytaan will keep whispering and push us to disbelieve until our very last. Subhan Allah, it reminds me of one of the great Imam’s last moments where he was heard saying, “Not yet, not yet” - later on, when he was asked why he said that he replied that Shaytan came to him telling that he’s been saved from him so the Imam replied, “Not yet” since he was still alive and being tested by Shaytaan. I think it was Imam Ahmad (not sure). Subhan Allah, may Allah protect our iman at all costs; it is indeed the greatest treasure we can ever have!

May Allaah make us firm upon this deen. May Allaah forgive us for our shortcomings. May Allaah protect us from the whispers of the shayateen. May Allaah make us die as true muslims.
