hmm i'm not sure. i looked it up on reddit but it seems to be different for every country. r/eupersonalfinance says that Denmark has RatePension, Ireland has PRSA and Occupational Pension, Poland has IKE and IKZE. don't know too much about europe other than that but seems that each country has their own pension plan that may be the same equivalent.
