This One man has taken it upon himself to try to Unite the heart of Muslims. SubhanAllah and AlhamduLILAH. Shaykh Yasir Qadhi is exceptional and being selfless doing this for the sake of the ummah. The British managed to colonise the minds of their colonies and DIVIDE us to rule us by the colonial system they left behind. Thus for 2 generations the Common simple minded person were schooled and indoctrinated through their institutions. But the colonised who try to break the glass ceiling will always be no 2. No matter how much we try to be like the other, and strip ourselves of our religion and culture to suit the others expectations. Lol. Its time to wake up and be UNSCHOOLED. Time to RE LEARN that Islam brings UNITY and Beauty through its diversity. Time to Re claim OUR narrative and stand up as ONE UMMAH. We need to accept our differences, be thankful for those who build relationships like this man and Hold Hands. The Arc is sailing once again. The flood of fitnah is surrounding us. We either Stand UP UNITED upon Justice or perish in the sea of this fitnah. Isn't it an amazing time... the Munafiks will finally be revealed. For those on that Arc... I say La ILAHA ILLAH. Muhammadun RasulAllah. That's enough for our Unity. Let's extend our hearts and our hands together. NO MORE BICKERING amongst mazahib and sects. Just look for the Redho if ALLAH swt and follow the Captain, RasulALLAH SAW.

Amazing lecture. Brilliant and timely and extremely needed. The enemies of Islam must be seething. Two very critical Fiqh points we need to learn: 1-That which is implied of a view is not the view. لازم القول ليس بقول . Don’t read into your opponents position, rather try to see it from their perspective. 2-confirmation bias: we only tend to see that which supports our view. We need to confront our own shortcomings. I cant help but think what makes the Shiekh wake up everyday to guiding himself and the ummah. Imagine waking up everyday, sometimes wanting to give up with all the hate too! Its hard enough when we have our own circles against us,to have 100s of people disrespect you- but still rise up and try. It must be an art to divide your feelings from your job. With the question regarding maulid, in West Africa. The maulid is more of celebrating the sheikhs than RasuuluLlah. They show love to Nyass, Cisse, Maikano more than RasuuluLlah. And some of their sheikhs misleading them regarding salaat and zikr. Here in West Africa, the bid'a is far more than the maulid.

Allah says even Christians, Jews and others who submit to Allah and do good will have nothing to fear! Who are the Muslims to narrow Islam to a sect or even to the community of the Prophet Muhamed? The Umah of Allah is much bigger than those who only call themselves followers of Muhamed. Five times ALLAH SAYS NOT TO MAKE DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE PROPHETS. An often neglected theme.

The Throne issue is very easy to solve. Since this is a Mutashabihat, anyone trying to give opinions, interpretations or explanations of Mutashabihat has a disease in their heart. Quran verse 3:7. Now, if we avoid discussing Mutashabihats beyond what the Prophet has explained we will not be as divided.

The differing interpretations of both groups of Sahaba were acceptable beacuse both were violating one or the other rules (Dont delay prayers aka Always pray on time AND obey the prophet's command). On the other hand, if an opinion violates a rule and the opposing does not then the latter HAS to be followed. This is the real bone of contention where a clear Hadeeth says DON'T read Quran in less than 3 days yet the stubborn Shafiees read it in less. Therefore your example is not befitting many divisive issues beacuse we are dealing with stubborn people who would rather follow their scholar than the prophetic Hadeeth.

Deobandi founders have done Takfeer of Barelvie founders/scholars and Barelvie scholars have done Takfeer of Deobandi scholars and they both have taught that their scholars told people to say: Chisti Rasool-ullah Tanvie Rasool-ullah Your koobmbaya approach will fail. We need to give Dawsh to these deviant groups to abandon their stubborness and follow Evidence.

Scholars opinions without evidences can go to hell

The only evidence is the Quran. If you want to be that way, then the Ahadeeth is by man and subject to errors and no evidence exists to say that they are 100% infallible. When Mr A says that Mr B said that Mr C said that -Mr D narrated etc. the only evidence is the Quran and the signs that Allah swt has sent us. Allah swt protected the Quran from corruption, not the ahadeeth. The proof is some are strong, some are weak and some have even been thrown out as forgeries by the yahood.

@@bouncyhunta when multiple reliable people narrate the same hadeeth through different chains then those hadeeth are Mutawatir and accepted as authentic. Of course the wordings are different so its not as authentic as Quran which is preserved letter by letter not just in meaning.

They have not. Many nations work but do not advertise. Only Allah swt knows what happens. But it is difficult when Sunnis and shias are killing each other instead of being brothers and fighting the enemy. This sectarianism has destroyed all the non gulf nations in the Islamic east. Forget the gulf nations, they were puppets installed by the west. Take Al Saud, how dare they rename Al Hijaz when the rasool pbuh did not rename it.
