Dealing with stuck Dodge lug nuts on Chargers and Challengers

So Dodge decided to make their lug nuts pretty by adding a thin sheet of metal over the steel lugs. The issue is that the covers will spin over the steel lugs. This is the easiest way I found to remove them. You'll need a chisel, screwdriver, hammer, and some pliers, oh, and safety glasses. Hope this helps someone.
