Dealing with voice dysphoria [Help!!! The struggle is real]😬😨

Struggling with voice dysphoria. I'm honestly wondering if there's any way around voice dysphoria, I know you can't avoid it but how do you lessen its effects on your day to day life? Who the fudge knows because I don't.

Hey! looking back on it the best advice I think I Could have gotten was find a way (if you can) to love your voice not for how it sounds but for what it is to you because no matter what it sounds like it's uniquely yours. Its how you communicate with the world and that's a powerful thing! As I grew into my voice I think I realized that even though it changed it still sounded like me. Maybe I'll update this video for a three years update. Hope all is going well for you on your journey :)
