If you disable the resample, You won't get the double frames when there's movement :) In Vegas 14 you can do this in Project settings, but I just checked and you're using Vegas 13? which means Shift+left mouse clicking the first clip keeping hold of the shift and then going to the last clip and clicking until it's all highlighted and then right click and go to "switches" and click at the very bottom of that submenu to "disable resample" each frame will be it's own frame without the one next it to being crammed in there too. :) Great video by the way!!
