Dean Castle Country Park parkrun. This one has it all!

Brilliant 😊 we're very lucky to have Dean Castle and the deany parkrun. Hilly one which the regulars enjoy because then Troon or Girvan are close enough for a jaunt if you fancy a change but they're flat and you end up with a great time having been used to the hills. Loads of clubs as well train round Dean Park for the mucky hills. But it has everything, tarmac, muck, gravel, short steep hills and long gentle ones. Kids love volunteering at it with animals, atmosphere, cake, puddles and all the rest.

I really loved it!! Wouldn’t mind a training session. It was just the right length of hills for me.
