Honestly it's so heartbreaking to see Dean begging Lisa to "ask for something" I think he wanted her to ask him to stay and he would have done it, but Lisa couldn't rob him from his brother and hunting because it made him happy.

Um. No, he wouldn't have. Not after Sam got his soul back and had a wall in his mind that's in danger of breaking. Lisa didn't ask Dean to stay because she knows he wouldn't. She knew they were over when Sam came back.

Dean wouldn't have stayed. Lisa knows that and that's why she didn't ask him to stay. Dean simply loves Sam more than anything and always puts him first, he said that a hundred times.

He would have tried to do what she asked and then felt guilty for failing, but she didn't want to have to ask him - she wanted him to want them enough to give it all up, and she knew that would never happen.

She’s a smart woman. She won’t fall all over him. She knows she wants him but can’t have him. So instead of living in some illusion where she is in total denial that it all works out, she does the smart thing! She tells Dean to take a hike and tries to move on. She won’t take shit from him and her kid comes first. From season 3 all the way to the end of season 6, you see Lisa make numerous sacrifices for Dean. She is understanding, she stands by him, she helps him through the year without sam, she uproots herself and her kid, she even supports who he is as a hunter and encourages him to do what he was born to do. At the same time, you see her frustration. She tries to get Dean to talk to her numerous times and open up about things, and he won’t. And yet she stays by him. She was good for him. She was honest, and supportive, she kept him grounded, she loved him and she trusted him. But she knew it was over, so she’s not going to run after him. Especially with all he has put her through. #byefelicia

She had a legit point. It's worse than being involved with someone in law enforcement, he is not up against criminals with guns, Dean is up against literal monsters. There is a more than real chance that if they were to seriously make a go of it and Dean continues hunting that Lisa will receive that call telling her that Dean was killed by something.

I don't like Lisa and not because fangirl crap. I like all Sam's girlfriends. And I love Anna and Jo. But Lisa felt in the way. Because Dean quit hunting and became a family man with her. And she was too jealous and bitter of Sam. It felt like she tried to push Dean away from him. No one tries that and succeed, sorry Lis.

@@amberxv4777 How was she jealous and bitter of Sam? She just wanted Dean to quit the Hunter life, and at the time, Sam was bringing him back into it. She never said a bad word about Sam, she only mentions that while Sam is still active as a Hunter, Dean will never be able to let that life go. If you were dating a former drug dealer, you'd probably want him to stop hanging around his drug dealing friends, wouldn't you?

This episode made me cry so hard. Lisa was smart to try to let him go, but she really can't blame him for showing up this time. Ben literally called him saying it was an emergency and he dropped everything to make sure they were okay.

I feel bad for the fact that even in here,Lisa was an understanding woman💔she realized that what kind of life Dean has been used to and doesn't blame or judge him for that!but in the same time doesn't want to sacrifice her own life and most important her son for that as well and it's understandable!I always felt if she wasn't a mother,her love for Dean would make her to always be with him(considering Cindy Sampson is a badass actress as well😁)but now only Ben matters and how he's gonna be like so she really can't have the kind of romance she desires with Dean and it's heartbreaking💔even though right now Dean is so different and shows so much signs of regret for leaving the normal life he had with them in S13-15!like if he could return the time,he would never return to the hunting life again!or I just feel that way!

The way they could have wrapped Deans life arch he got inquired during the fight was in a coma, Lisa could’ve moved to a new city a fresh start and was his nurse, still single . He wakes up but has amnesia, she’s brief before her shift she’d a tear happy that his a life . She walking into his room hears him talk about not remembering anything. She’s introduced a his nurse and her name is Lisa, Dean automatically says that’s a beautiful name, Lisa half’s smiles. We get a flash back of when they meet the first time he said the exactly same thingy her she gave him the half smile . Dean has a stocked look in his face his remembering meeting her . Says to Lisa I remember the first time I saw that smile was when I fell in love with you ..

Lisa is a good woman , but we saw Lisa just once in the show before season 5 and we don't know what has actually happened between Dean and her, so I think it seems pretty far-fetched that she is the one who Dean want to spend the life with.

Of course we want the boys to be happy but do they need forced love interests in the show for that? That is what I don't think is neccessary lol 😂 if the love interests were written well and developed I wouldn't mind so much but Lisa was an awful character (sorry, no disrespect to the actress who played her) Dean had zero chemistry with her he had more with Layla in Faith. Anna and Dean were cringe didn't mind Cassie she was written well. Amelia was an atrocious love interest for Sam again too cheesey and it felt really forced like Sam and Eileen can't get on board with that either the only girls Sam had great chemistry with were Sarah and Jessica that's it the rest were just hookups and meh XD

@@johnnydeppaddict12 look I agree that the show is about brothers but the awful thing is that this show only does that!sometimes is right!sometimes is wrong!the problem is that they don't which time and or right time!sometimes the actors decisions makes a show great because the writings are suck!why the hell Jensen and Jared can't changed the storylines with their decisions like actors from TVD and TO because in some seasons the writers really sucked and actors didn't say anything!and it's not the character writing!its because some fans and not only girls hate the female characters(thats the reason they hate Mary without considering where she's coming from)from the beginning Dean was supposed to be with Jo in the end but changed because of stupid fan girls!why should the writers dance to what ever tone they sing?I agree about Lisa,Dean completely forced!it's also out of Dean's character to make a woman who he slept only in one night and haven't seen in years the love of his life!(Cinderella in supernatural!great)I didn't like Anna!even her actress acting was suck!but what ever Lisa said about Sam was true and also Dean!why should she ruin her life because Dean is indecisive and Sam is not on his mind and calls Dean every damn time?she wasn't their puppet and told him that she doesn't belong to that world and most important she has a son to protect and he can go unlike Amelia who always acted like Sam owes her something and even if Sam was the evil one that can change the fact that she cheated on her husband

@@altinaykor364 I do agree with your points here but Dean would choose Sam over anything or anyone every single it has been his job to look after Sam his whole life you can't just turn that off as an older sibling sadly. I liked Anna as a female character on her own in the episodes she featured in season 4 :) think the sex scene with Dean and Anna was a bit 'what the heck?!' XD lol 😅 then she went all Glen Close like in 5x11 and it just butchered her character completely in my opinion 😂 and I only saw Jo and Dean having a big brother and sisterly relationship in the show (sorry to fans who ship them I just didn't see it plus she was a lot younger than Dean so I found it weird she was closer in age to Sam!!) There is no denying they had a strong chemistry but it was just a platonic one and non-romantic I don't see Dean as the settling down guy and being all domesticated. His ideal heaven is owning a cool rock/metal themed bar with an attractive co-bar owner. The female character he had great romantic potential with was Leyla in 1x12, Cassie was cool but she didn't understand Dean like Jo did and Leyla on some level. Amara and Dean were just bleh! Cringe! 😂 Amelia was just an unnecessary female character on the show and Sam/Ruby was just strange in the romantic sense their relationship was better when they were were frenemies.
