Dino was such a bad-ass. He flubs a line and although they could have used another take, Dean saves this take by ad-libbing his way out of it by laughing at himself, then, with a few throw-away lines on the side, finishes the song in cool-cat crooner style.

I have a feeling they wrote "whipser" on the cue card to trip him up so that he could have some fun with it. If you listen very carefully at one point he looks off camera and says very softly, "I'm ashamed of you." A moment later he says, "You should see what's written on this card." They knew he'd make it an entertaining moment.

Hetreme swooner never rehearsed his show, just let the others as he played golf. I have the 12 dvds I found in a thrift store! When it rains I cuddle up in bed and watch them over and over. Such a charming, comediac, extremely swooner singer and OMGoodness soo handsom! But in reality he never drank.
