As a Georgia fan, if Dean won't say it, I will. The 12 team playoff is indeed flawed. Indiana had no business making the playoffs and this game sucked to watch. Who should have been in other than Indiana? Take your pick. I can think of 4 teams that would have been a hell of a lot more entertaining. Alabama, Ole Miss, South Carolina and even Colorado.

Nobody who loses to 2 6-6 teams has any right to say they should have been in. The reality is with a 12 team playoff, you are forced to pick a bunch of teams who shouldn't be in the playoffs. This isn't the NFL. The talent gap between the top 5/6 and anyone after that is far greater in college

The last two I could see. Especially South Carolina, but unfortunately they lost too many games to make the argument. It's not fair that their schedule (as is the case with many SEC teams) is ridiculously difficult to escape with less than 3 losses. But Indiana's only loss was to a playoff team and they didn't get blown out. Too many people would b*tch and moan about SEC bias if they would've put either of those first 3 teams in. Colorado also had THREE losses and their schedule was unfairly easy too. So they could've also just as easily been humiliated like Indiana...but at least it would've been more entertaining. Travis and Shadeur would've at least made some plays before the last 3 minutes of the game. So it would've still been a more interesting matchup.

The last team who had a "dynamic running game" was Tennessee, and what happened there? The only teams that give Georgia fits are ones like tech that always run options. @@ebransc09 The running back worries me if they scheme him into space. He's fast for sure and has a NASTY stiff arm and a good dead leg. The other (white) running back is solid too and breaks a lot of tackles. The QB can extend plays and drives too (and convert 3rd and shorts) but otherwise I agree. They don't scare me for the most part. All comes down to Gunner and these butter finger receivers stepping up.

after that pick, I think we should be fairly worried to. With the 1-half Gunner gave us, he showed that under pressure he's proven to give up picks (which in IU's case, can lead to TDs) we need to play real hard if we wanna beat ND, this is NOT a trap game, this is for real.

Well that's why we play the game. Yes Notre Dame lost to NIU. Worst loss in program history. Notre Dame took the foot off the gas last night, and kept it conservative. I Have always respected Georgia, and y'alls fan base is pretty respectful and likable, unlike others. But this actually should be a good game, some of y'all talking blowout? Y'all barely beat GT and we curb stomped them. So lets play the game, and see who wins. It should be a good game. This Notre Dame team is not a National Championship team. I know this. Say what you want about my Irish. We lost to NIU, we need to join a conference, we played a weak schedule, etc etc. and most of that is fair and partly justified criticism. I’d love for ND to be in a conference. I’d love if ND would stop losing games they shouldn’t. The schedule at the beginning of the year wasn’t terrible but you can’t predict how good or bad other teams will be when these schedules are made. But we won our first playoff game and advanced. We can't be average against the run, nor in the red zone and still win. We can be average offensively though I believe. Defense can't let them score more than 20 because this QB doesn't have enough experience to win a shootout. Can't count on Gunner to score in the high 20s or 30s. He still has way too much to get used to.

The Big Ten that comes to play these days isn't the Big Ten that I remember. The Big Ten dominated the football landscape when I was growing up and watching in the 1950s and '60's. Their style of play hasn't changed all that much, and they've got significant challenges from other leagues. I wasn't surprised that the Hoosier's football program, while definitely improving, has a ways to go.

I love the channel. But I hate when a team loses and fans automatically say the team was “not good”. Indiana is a good team and they beat the teams in front of them. 30 transfers this off season so almost a complete roster overhaul (technically a rebuild year) and they make the playoff. If Will Muschamp is on the sideline, Georgias Defense is extremely better than with just Glenn Schuman and they play elite. Will Muschamp was coaching in with Texas games. The guy was down 17-3 at the half, then 20-3 in the 4th quarter and hes still punting on 4th down. I know it’s transitive properties but it took us 8 OT’s to beat Tech at home. ND came to Atlanta and beat the hell out of Tech 31-13. ND is 5-0 this season vs ranked teams they’re the full meal and they’re one of 2 teams that I think we schematically will have problems with, the other is Oregon because of their Qbs and running games.
