Hey Ireland, how does it feel that Irish children can't get into a proper school because there are so many new refugee children. Remember America loves Ireland. Half of us are of Irish stock, but we also could care less about Britain. I recall we kicked them out a couple hundred years ago.
@THEfromkentucky8 жыл бұрын
As an American, I feel the same way. The Recession really hit the middle class hard, especially after decades of outsourcing, cost-cutting and union-busting left few options for middle class people to achieve any measure of financial independence. The only thing many of them had left was the equity in their own homes or their retirement investments in the stock market, which were all but wiped out. The losses created a LOT of anger on top of an already frustrated populace and Trump is capitalizing on the resultant animosity by giving those people false outlets for their anger. Fortunately the majority of Americans don't feel that way, but his candidacy is still a genuine concern here because of our godawful election process. Even if he doesn't get it, the unification of right-wing extremists is going to create a whole slew of new problems.

Jim W, I understand that politics is a touchy subject especially in the current climate, but you had to know watching this video that the people commenting would be feeling this way. I may not get to vote in your elections but what America chooses does in fact effect the rest of the world. If you don't care aboUt that then your feelings speak to a larger global problem.
@jwhiskey2428 жыл бұрын
A larger problem? Yes it does! I want the US out of NATO, out of Europe and out of the Middle East. No, I dont care how the rest of the world feels. Every time we have a presidential election - Europeans feel the need to tell us what to do- they dont pay our taxes or staff our armies. During one of the former presidential cycles a groups of people in England wrote to people in Ohio encouraging them to vote for Gore - and British couldn't understand why the people that received the letters were offended. Butt out, out distant cousins, butt out!
@Volosous8 жыл бұрын
Jim W what harm does it do? these are civilized countries embossing their democratic ideas on us… wait… why does this sound familiar. Seriously though, we do this shit all the time to other countries, except we FORCE them to use our systems. She's not doing any harm, and frankly, she's right.

North Korea, China, Russia(getting better), and almost all of middle east are crazy governments that would love to kill democracy, and America realllly needs to protect itself and NATO. So, in a way, spending more than all countries combined on military is a good thing for our safety.(I wouldn't vote for Trump either, however, I wouldn't vote for Bernie Sanders. BetterThanJesus2 commie, jew, and you retards wonder why noone takes Trump voters seriously. Sanders has been employed in political office for 32 years, Trump has been in the game for 0. Sanders went to college and studied politics, world history, and literature for 6 years straight, after that he enjoyed his life doing whatever jobs he wanted, filming, teaching, carpentry, writing, helping his community, fighting for civil rights, the list goes on. Trump got a "small" loan of a million dollars and had people walk him through where to invest it to make more. Not even a fair debate here. No matter which way you cut it, Sanders is a far more respectable candidate. Van Gogh lived like a fucking bum but produced some of the greatest works of art ever. Dear America, I am American. I am Native American, Irish, German,African, Scottish, French Jew and I am not sure what else, and I so disagree with you in so many ways. I am a woman, I am poor , I am neutral as far as politics go. . I am a Mom a Grandmother a sister a cousin to thousands and a friend to all the people I know of many cultures and religions . I am also a survivor of prejudice and manipulative people who are strategically trying to pit us against each other. I have learned the hard way to beware of this kind of manipulation. In America our country has been under attack for a long time by Freedom vs.Slavers.... What is happening here in the U.S.A. is another attempt of the freedom hating liars of our country. What is happening here is a silent take over by those who want to control and use and abuse our country for their own world order agenda. People need to pay better attention as to what is really going on, we are being used to cause division and confusion in this country, why so the Elite can come in and take all our rights away take all our beliefs away and use us as their property. They want us to work for them and they will give us only what they think we need. They know how to use people by presenting puppets to pretend to be in charge while the puppet is totally controlled by the Elite. Trump is not the Elite. The elite think of him as an idiot because he does not conform to their requirements to become an Elite. What I am telling you is not just what I think but information from a very altruistic group who are political , religious, class observers or for a better people who study all aspects of those who rule or wish to rule, may what you would call earths elder watch dogs. We need all to pat better attention to what is really going on our very life as we know it is at stake. All I ask is for you to please research and pay attention where and who your info comes from, our lives and way of life depend on it. I love my country and our ever evolving history. There always those who know how to use our own fears against us and they are pitting us with it now, so please move forward with a more open mind as to truth and pray for the gift of discernment I was blessed with by my maker in order to survive my youth and much hatred and abuse as a child. Peace to all the world this is OUR home.

Considering the guy is averaging 35% or less of one party in particular (not counting dems/independents picking him), America gets it. It's unfortunately the rules that are boning everyone else.

but you don't know what he's like when it's just us. he's always really romantic, always giving compliments, spending so much on nice gifts. sue is just so he can screw us, but it's so nice to get any attention sometimes. and those threats of violence is just how he talks to everyone. he doesn't mean it.

I understand the humor of this, and, as a Trump fan, it is fine. Ireland is a nice little quiet place ate the edge of Europe, no real issues to deal with, has taken in a very small handful of refugees, has, as far as i know, experienced zero islamic terrorism incidents, has been very dedicated to U.N. peacekeeping activities which i give my respect, especially for the large losses experienced doing so, compared to the size of the country. And here it comes. But, to act as if Ireland has anything to say about American politics, especially how it will affect you, is arrogant, self serving, and as bad as us thinking we have any place to tell Ireland what it should do on any matters of its Republic, and how it would affect us. This is all about perspective, Clisare. I don't know how old you were when I was on my way to work Sept. 11, 2001, when, after the second plane, i realized we were under attack. I don't know if you can understand how it feels to realize you, not just a city at the other end of your country, but you, are under attack. Your way of life, your liberty, your sense of safety, and of all those you love and care about, whether known personally or not. We want to ensure, as much as possible, that good people are coming in, and bad people are being kept out. It is that simple. Until your people are being slaughtered by the hundreds or thousands in the streets, in clubs, Christmas parties, and buildings, our citizens being robbed, raped, and murdered by people who have been expelled 2,3,4,5 times back to their home countries, only to come in again across an uncontrolled border and commit the worst crimes, you do not understand how we feel. You are not living in our world, and we are not living in yours. I simply ask that you try not to look at us through your perspective, but to look at us through ours.

brilliantly said. i don't think his supporters love his money, i think they love his bravado, what i've always called "the ugly american" attitude. i believe the mass of america won't elect him, that he is an anomaly and in the end he is not electable. the UK has people like that too, like that group that ran a protest though a predominantly muslim section of london recently, but that was only a handful of people too and not representative of the country as a whole. there is a movement behind the scenes of the republican party that wants to refuse him entry as their candidate. it is scary, and a lot of us are scared here in the states too. but in the end i think the bully in the schoolyard rarely gets support by everyone as a whole. we love the UK, Ireland, Scotland, and Europe in general, even though assholes like Drumpf don't think about you very much. PS: "god knows germany knows a bad relationship when they see it." LOVE THAT. xoxo

Couldn’t listen to the end. Trump has been our President for two years now. As an American, I’m just going to suggest that you worry about your country. I think Trump has been good for my country. That’s it. No argument. When we visit Ireland next September, how about I keep my political opinions to myself? I don’t know squat about your leaders and kinda figure I don’t need to worry about them.
