@@user-cx1sx9wp5r whats going to be used against them in court is all the documented evidence of them being inappropriate with minors. And at this point an apology wouldn’t mean anything from them. Because its clear it would never be genuine. Its not a car accident where admitting guilt can be the difference between who is responsible. Its years of abusing children. There is history, the things that happened in the past. You have asked for a basic apology for past events, those leading up to and including the smear campaign 3 years ago. You want to close the book on an ugly chapter of your childhood and have decided that even an insincere apology would allow you to do that if they 1.) made the effort necessary to reach out to you and your parents privately and 2.) made the apology public so that they were on record saying that they acknowledge that they behaved badly... In addition to the history that the 3 of you share, there are the recent events. Just because you are willing to walk away from the past conflict in order to move forward with your adult life does not mean that you will (or should) sit back as an adult while these people launch a brand new campaign of character assassination. You are no longer the child that Colleen and Kory used, toyed with, manipulated and tried to discredit. You are an adult and there is no reason why you cannot engage with their current behaviour as an adult. As long as you are still being dragged back to the wrongs done to you as a child, you cannot completely engage in your adult challenges.

That being said, I hope you know that you have more than proven yourself to be credible, to be honest..Changing your mind or position based on new information.. is not only okay, but actually very mature and responsible! You should NEVER let anyone tell you how to handle something that is happening to YOU. Period. If you wanted to wash your hands on the situation if you did get an apology, that is okay. You have been through so much, you have fought so hard. For better or worse..you brought this story to the public eye despite having people invalidate you for years. If you never ever spoke on it again, for whatever reason whether getting closure or for your own mental wellbeing...you have done your part to make the public aware of someone who is dangerous who had too much power and influence and validate the stories of others who have come forward with valid claims. If you wanted to adjust your position based on the fact that the evil that Colleen and her people have put into this world you know now is SO much bigger than just your own experiences.. that is also okay. If you decided that a blanket apology or statement doesn't suffice at this juncture absolutely no one with a working brain is going to hold that against you. I wish someone would say to momma Swoops face that you are somehow wrong or "going back on your word" for changing how you feel or what you think is just and enough when there is so much fckery that has come to light in recent weeks! If you want to keep advocating and telling your story until we are old and dusty and senile I hope you know that we stand with you and support you, regardless of how you chose to move foward. Whether that be to move on with, or without the closure you asked for..or whether you dead ass dedicate your life to victim advocacy ...What you do next is up to you!

You know what Adam, you can always change your mind about what you accept and how you move forward. An apology isnt enough for me now, and i am not invested. But i have kids! They need to apologise, acknowledge the wrongness of everything, not the select few (it was just a fart joke). She then needs to say in a verifiable way, this is how i am going to fix it. Being the public face for this is not on you Adam, but it will get lost in social media folklore if someone doesn't give it the nth degree. You are just a kid! Even now, you have no idea how young you are. You're bright though. And i feel that you are relatively unbiased. I thank you for making me aware of these kinds of people. I now educate my kids differently, because of you Adam. But this is not on you. Fight what you need to. Fight what you want to. But when you're ready to flush the toilet on colleen ballinger, i will miss you commentary but respect your decision. Your life is so much more than that horrific experience. Life is hard, all the time but differently, with different pressures. This has given you a resilience that will hold you strong, and an insight into something that most are unaware of.

It makes sense to me. It's like this: a judge can add more punishment or more to the sentence if the person commits more crime.

Ahhhhh Adam, the give away is so sweet. Plus it has to bug Colleen that her middle finger to everyone of a song, has that finger turned right back at her. She wanted you and everyone else to be miserable over the song. You made her the butt of a joke. By you having fun with it & putting a smile on the person who wins face. Your parents raised a strong young man.😁

I had a ukulele, acoustic guitar, and an electric guitar that I left at my parents home when I went no contact. I had cases, extra strings, tuners, and an amp. I would love if i got the uke from Adam. It would be a fresh start. I really hope if not myself someone takes the time to tune it and take care if it properly and turn it into something great ❤

Your response video is so friggin brilliant honestly. It was so clever to juxtapose Colleen's obviously well practiced song with your offtune ukulele playing. You put a spotlight on how "tone deaf" Colleen was being.

Honestly. Regardless of apology or not the only conclusion I see fit is in a court room. Celebrities have got to stop getting away with their crimes and horrible actions simply because they have enough money and fame to get out of it. Adam needs to keep talking and fighting until a judge decides whether or not Colleen and Kory are guilty.

adam, I've suffered severe child abuse and I still talk about it and spread awareness. my abusers try to silence me daily, and I tell them if they just simply apologize, I won't talk about it anymore. I get it, I understand it. we'll get through our trauma, not as victims, but as survivors. xoxo, arianna.

I always took your tweet to mean you would accept an apology, but that doesn't mean you forgive them. That's what the anger about their current behavior really stems from - trying to screw you over still just adds to the point that even now an apology will never be the genuine one you deserve, but you will stick to your word of dropping the subject. That's a really powerful demonstration of inner strength. Proud of you 💜

Yeah it truly does not matter. In the words of Peter monn…You can change your mind whenever you want. Even if you did feel you wanted to change your mind of apology situation. You don’t owe them anything.
