I was totally broken I'm my last relationship, it was completely toxic, I ended up having to get the police involved. But I decided not to send the case to court. He moved on but I'm still broken. He abused me mentally, and at points physically, and, in a different way. I'm in a new relationship and next month is going to be a year. Me and my ex broke up even though I still liked him a lot, he moved away and then one day I built up the courage to tell him I still care for him, I was so scared of what he’ll reply as. He replied and said he still cared for me too even though we can’t be together now. I didn’t question it. It was the first time I cried because I was happy. But while I thought he cared for me, he had another girl whom he said he loved. Later on I called him and asked who he love, he said her. To this day I still wonder why he told that lie, a piece of me is still with him...

I truly underestimated how painful lying can be.. he lied to my face the entire relationship and slept like a baby every night. He never cared that the things he was doing would hurt me and all of his friends and family. I caught him in his lies after loving him for four years, and I still think he’s incapable of caring or understanding that he hurt me and all of his loved ones.. he never loved me like I loved him.
