Mr. Murphy was a rocket technician on John Stapp's rocket sled tesra in the 1950's. Col. Stapp quoteed him in a press confrence and established the rule. Having said that, I loved the atory.

I now know why there are no comments yet. Creating new psychics laws and regulations that made my brain hurt and put me in a state of psychological high that I have never experienced before.. In fact I’m surprised that I’m even capable of writing this comment and making it sound somewhat intelligent. So with that being said I think that I’ll sign off and go and relax a bit while I’m coming down off of this feeling.
