I agree. We harvest and use absoluely every bit of meat we can. Neck roast is the best for stew. I have the hides tanned and will use for chairs, gloves, etc. Hudson's on the Bend in Austin venison stew is my favorite recipe. If that yard pimp ever gets out of hand cook us a chicken stew! Our old rooster jumped up and spurred my mom when we were little. No sir, he caught a 22 short to the head and was our dinner that night! Love it SK

I used to live in Belle Chasse Louisiana as a kid so I got a love for my Cajun food. I made this today for my family exactly as you did. Absolute fire. Can’t cook stale cracker recipes without putting a little bit of that Cajun pronunciation in my vocabulary. Keep them recipes coming brotha. 🤘🏽🍽

Take dem bones salt n pepper, roast in oven on 350 for a couple hours. Take the bones n juice off the pan. Put in a pot with water, garlic carrots n celery. Cook it down make yourself some venison stock for steak gravy and stock for stew or soup. Get yourself a book called " BUCK BUCK MOOSE"!! Great video !! I make rib sandwich out of my ribs!!

Neck roast is the best part of the deer. Stuff with andouille sausage and Holi trinity, wrap with bacon and slow smoke till you see the sausage fall apart. I like it on baked potatoes. You're a great chef and amazing person for your public service. Thank you sir
