Bill Hader elevates this sketch. He strikes the perfect balance between dramatic acting and being comically dead. That's sort of the reason it's so funny. It's the seriousness against the plain silliness.

I was a freshman at college when Dear Sister came out and my friends and I were OBSESSED. We filmed a number of remakes for fun to the point where we submitted one for a class and would scream mmmmhmmm WHATCHA SAY across the park anytime we saw each other. This is my fav sketch for those memories alone.

The creators of the OC went on to make Gossip Girl, and they did a delightful homage to the OC scene with a remix of the Whatcha Say song. As everyone snipes (verbally) over a Thanksgiving dinner. The OC walked (dramatically and super hormonally) so GG could run (also super dramatically and hormonally) I just thought of Dear Sister every time, since I watched that WAY before either of those shows

A load-bearing Short for the culture. Lazy Sunday and Dick in the Box were bigger hits at the time, but you can *still* find people referencing and riffing on Dear Sister. Just this past week I saw Andy Photoshopped into the Olympic shooting contest. I really think that doesn't happen if fans weren't recreating it in lieu of the official version. All because of a genuine tragic event that you can't really blame NBC being sensitive about. A weird weird cultural moment

I first learned of The Lonely Island from the G4 show "Attack of the Show" when they played the Bing Bong Brothers video. I thought it was hilarious and have been a fan ever since. I wish I could find it, but I remember the "Attack of the Show" segment and it's always been cool to me that Olivia Munn was the co-host that introduced the clip and then you all have gone on to have great, successful careers. I know you guys mentioned this briefly on the podcast, but it sounded like you didn't remember all of the details. I like to imagine that Olivia brings up how she "made you" every time your paths cross, but I guess that must not be the case.

A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient
