Unfortunately, the full episode got taken off KZbin due to copyright reasons, which is why they only uploaded the fight, but I'll summarize the analysis: You know Beerus, obviously, so I won't go over him too much. Sailor Galaxia is the main villain in the Sailor Moon series. In Sailor Moon, each celestial body has it's own guardian, such as Mars, Jupiter, and Venus. In another galaxy, Galaxia became one of these guardians, a Sailor Guardian. Living in poverty and terrible living conditions, her repressed pain and anger fueled her to become a tyrant after obtaining this great power. She began a reign of terror across the stars and became so feared that other planets would murder their own Guardians as a sacrifice to spare their worlds from her wrath. Her abilities include a multitude of projectiles and energy-based attacks, the ability to destroy planets with just a wave of her finger, and can control others using their Star Seeds, basically their version of someone's soul. That's what she pulled out of Beerus at the end there and what she controlled those random aliens with. At base-level alone, practically every Sailor Guardian is at a universe-destroying level. And Galaxia has killed every Guardian of all the planets we know. She was even able to match Sailor Moon in her most powerful form in her own base-form. Believe me when I say that if DBZ Super was never made, she would be able to wipe out practically every character in the series, even Goku and Buu. Sailor Moon as a series may look all cute and dainty, but is absolutely no joke. The ending part has them explain that Galaxia actually had a few advantages over Beerus. She had much broader arsenal and an unlimited energy supply, while Beerus had a very vast, but still limited amount of Ki. They also both likely could resist the others existence erasure moves, such as Hakai, due to the nature of their powers. She even had a slight speed advantage, at least when it comes to speeds that can be properly measured and aren't just numberless assumptions. Still, all that was not able to stand up to Beerus' ability to nullify most of her energy attacks, his better physical combat training, Ultra-Instinct that was able to negate that speed difference, and absolutely overwhelming power. They explain that since she did match Sailor Moon in her ultimate form, who was able to kill 9 other Sailor Guardians in one blow, she could possibly match Beerus almost destroying all of Universe 7 when him and Goku clashed. But since Beerus was holding back in that fight and was still superior to when Goku Blue used Kio-Ken, the gap was too much for her to compete with. They end with that even if they were to high-ball Galaxia and low-ball Beerus, he would still be more powerful, even with Galaxia's numerous advantages over him. Hope that clears most of it up. :)
