A few fun facts! As noted in the video, Lobo HAS a red lantern ring, but he probably can't used it. This is because while the red lanterrns are fueled by rage, it is a very specific kind of rage, not just anger in general; their anger is fueled by loss, despair and grief that demands someone suffer for the evil they have done. Lobo comes off as emotionally immature in a lot of ways, and he just doesn't have the kind of rage that can fuel a broken, damaged heart. It's brought up a few times here that during the events of World War Hulk, Ghost Rider fought Hulk. The circumstances bear some noting; at that time, the Green Scar (the incarnation of the Hulk seen there; powerful, intelligent and deeply embittered by betrayal from his superhero friends) had lived a happy life on the world of Sakaar and liberated its people, until the ship he was exiled on exploded and killed the world. Believing the superheroes of Earth had done this on purpose or carelessness, Hulk returned to Earth to take revenge on everyone, where Ghost Rider fought him. The penance stare didn't affect him, because Ghost Rider judged that Hulk was IN THE RIGHT and thus Earth deserved whatever Hulk dealt out. (It helps that Hulk was specifically trying to make them feel the same pain he had, rather than just blindly lashing out.) Anyway the moral of the story is that Hulk's life is endless misery and Ghost Rider specifically empathized with him.

A slight side track but within the realm; could you consider creating a reaction tribute to the late and amazing Kevin Conroy? On November 15th will be the first anniversary of his death. He was the sole reason I got into acting. I have a voice acting background and there are some preconceived notions that it's not as demanding as regular acting; but the vocal training itself and perfecting the craft may take more time than any acting school. l feel like he's a bit underrated as Batman (ditto Mark Hamill as Joker) and even non existent in the conversation when the motion pictures are brought up. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in those new Resident Evil games :)

That Punisher instance has been deemed non-canon, they had not clearly defined the rules of the Penance Stare at the time. This is even addressed in the DB video; the Penance Stare worked on Punisher when it was used again later.

Here’s a weird thing about Mephisto and a bunch of other Hell Lords being called “Satan”: ….. There’s, as far as we know, no definitive Devil. … OK, lemme explain. Like the titles of Ha-Satan/Satan (Heb.: “[the] Accuser/Enemy”), Helel (Heb.)/Lucifer (Lat.) (“Light-Bearer/Day Star/Morning Star/Venus”), and the Devil (*yes, those are all explicitly titles, not names*), “Satan/the Devil” is just a tile, which is surprisingly something Marvel technically got right. Probably unintentionally. … Except it’s for whatever Hell Lord could have the biggest, baddest army in Hell, i.e., they had to amass enough power over Hell’s populace. Anyone that’s called themselves “Satan” or “the Devil” within the Marvel metaverse is technically and unsurprisingly a massive liar. Yes, even the 2 guys who call themselves Satan and Lucifer. They’re not the guy we mere mortals associate with the primordial embodiment of all things evil and the biggest, haughtiest liar in all of existence, who bears promises of false hope, love, and freedom, who’s daughter and son are the respective personifications of sin and death, and just *really* hates humanity. They ain’t Yaldabaoth (*Heb.: “Chaos Child”; this is, like the closest thing to an actual name for the guy I could find and, before anyone says it, Samael ain’t his name, that’s another guy who’s actually still a good guy, the demon using that angel’s name is more than likely Samyaza/Asmodeus/Abaddon/the Horseman of War, the consort of Adam’s ex, Lilith/Ashtoreth*). Don’t even get me started on how they portray the Abrahamic God/Yahweh and the Holy Trinity. I mean, I get why they became alcoholics, due to the Holocaust, but they’re not supposed to be 3 separate individuals. They’re supposed to be 3 major aspects of the same person. Also, DC’s Timber Wolf 👉🏻 Marvel’s Wolverine 👉🏻 DC’s Lobo. Part of the reason Lobo tries to keep his “Last Czarnian” title as literal as possible is due to Czarnians being the only beings capable of killing other Czarnians. Lobo basically died, at 1 point, and ended up in Hell. Only to end up beating the everliving 💩 outta everyone there. As a result, he had to be sent to heaven,…buuut he did the same thing he did the the forces of Hell to the forces of Heaven. Since no major afterlife wanted to deal with him, he got banned. Heck, Harley Quinn even got banned from Hell once, just for being so mind-bendingly annoying to Etrigan the Demon. There’s 2 Lobos. The one that got literally shelved hasn’t been seen since then. The fan-favorite Lobo has been able to frequently show up. This episode precedes Deadpool vs. the Mask, hence why Wiz wishes to fully kill Deadpool.

I mean, say it all you want but Lobo has been beaten by weaker people than Ghost Rider before. And Ghost Rider isn't a hero that let's their opponents live. Lobo surely could have overpowered Ghost Rider but the second the hellfire started hurting Lobo's soul, Lobo most likely would realize he's in actual danger and would have ran to find a way to beat him later. But whether GR would give him that chance is a different matter

This one I very much disagree with, considering the pennant star wouldn't work on lobo considering he feels no remorse for his actions and wouldn't be affected by it since he literally went to hell and enjoyed the torture. He fought actual gods in heaven and killed 5th dimensional imps, which already put him at a level above ghost rider. He's also survived being blasted by God and hellfire from etrigan, which burns the mind, body, and soul. He even rewrote his own narrative. Lobo was definitely the winner here.
