and the thing you said about wills in the end doesn’t apply to joker due to the story of persona, all the main characters have unbreakable wills due to being a wildcard

Even tho wild card users from the past have been shown to come back to life with the help of the bonds said wild card users created thoughout their games and even with the return to zero power, Joker just being a wild user allows him to just say nah uh to GER ability as his very existence is to defy fate itself 11:08

Joker has damage and survive attacks from a full-powered Fused Adam Kadmon, the Primordial Man and the source of all existence, from which the Tree of Life and its Four Worlds arose, as well as the archetypal personification of the unbound potential of humanity's soul, making him the closest emanation of The Great Reason. Which scales to outerversal or even higher, so yes Joker can take GER Punches or he could of used a persona that could deflect all of GER physical attacks 11:21

Joker's Social Links aren't just connections-once created, they become intrinsic aspects of his being. They can speak to him, react to situations he's in, and their bonds are unbreakable parts of him. Essentially, these links are woven into Joker himself. When evaluating Joker's power in a fight, such as the one against Giorno, it's clear he was heavily downplayed. For instance, they didn’t take into account Joker’s accessories, Will Seeds, or several Personas he could access that allow him to reflect physical attacks or even heal himself from damage. Joker also has skills that would revive him with enough health to keep going, even if defeated. With his arsenal, Joker wouldn’t need to rely on the Social Link card or Sentinels-his base Personas alone would be enough to overcome Giorno. Moreover, Joker can access the Velvet Room, a space between time, reality, mind, and matter. Even if Joker were trapped in Giorno's death loop, his subconscious would end up in the Velvet Room, breaking the cycle. When it comes to non-canon scenarios, Joker has been shown to hold his own against other Persona protagonists like Makoto Yuki, Kotone Shiomi, and Yu Narukami, who are arguably even stronger. Makoto and Kotone, in particular, wield the Universe Arcana, which lets them rewrite reality, manipulating time, space, and logic itself. This is how they defeated Nyx, the Goddess of Death, who exists on a multiversal scale and can’t be harmed by normal attacks. By using a move called the Great Seal, they managed to seal Nyx away-a feat requiring incredible power. Looking at other entries in the series, Persona 1 and 2, as well as related ATLUS titles like Devil Summoner and Soul Hackers, bring even more feats that place Persona characters on an impressive power scale. Realistically, Giorno and GER would stand little chance against Joker, as Joker has the tools to end the fight before it even begins. As for using powers outside the Metaverse, this is a nuanced point. The Persona 1 and 2 casts can freely use their Personas in reality. Meanwhile, in Persona 3 and Persona 4, the characters have been shown in situations where reality merges with the Dark Hour or the TV World, respectively. Through this partial overlap, they’ve also kind of used their Personas in reality, even if not fully. This suggests that tapping into Persona abilities outside designated realms like the Metaverse is possible for Persona users. Even without active powers, they display superhuman traits-like Chie and Akihiko’s heightened reflexes and strength in Persona 4 and Persona 3.

@@MariReactions is interesting because they showed unshakable will in his abilities along with Almighty magic. But in general persona is like that if you play the games. Like p3 final boss basically negates power as a concept and after the MC is cheered on by his friends he just ended like nothing and is completely immune. And p4 MC friends cheering him on and make him immune to going to literal hell lol 😂

I can't believe we have to keep saying this after a fucking decade of Death Battle episodes... but the fights DO NOT represent how these fights would realistically play out, they are explicitly for entertainment only. Realistically, with that much of a speed gap, Giorno would likely never be able to land a single blow. At that point, all GER does is delay the inevitable. But would that be a cool Battle? Joker just annihilating Giorno for 5 minutes straight while GER saves his ass until Joker gets fed up and deletes him with an Almighty attack.

to put it simply, P5R's main antagonist literally has multiversal GER, but proven dramatically stronger by feats. (GER does not have no limits, shown capabilities are used not no limit fallacies) *And joker still beats it.*

Yeah surprisingly DB also hella nerfed Joker makes me think the people who did the research either never played it and watched clips or played on the easiest difficulty to faceroll the game. Not once was a single Kaja/Nda move used. Or better yet Heat Riser/Debilitate not an ounce of Charge/Concentrate Giorno has Zero defence against Dark so Alice's Die for me should have killed him Not one showing of Satan/Lucifer and the good old Megidolaon that erases an enemy beyond death (literally Hakai but worse). I could carry on cause there's so much they glossed on

@@MariReactions I mean I could make it worse and say that due to P1 and 2 and a Direct quote from Igor that Personae are Demons from SMT. Sooo demon scaling would apply to Joker due to "I am thou and thou art I" Meaning he would have scaling from Mr "il dance to destroy and recreate this cosmology" Shiva And by extension Ryuji would have scaling from Sun Wukong 💀

@@aitorignacio2657 I mean they have no excuse with Kaja skills and heat Riser as its literally just red green and blue lights running up the body and the reverse for nda skills and Debilitate. Charge and concentrate ate literally just a boost of energy. I'd understand that but as a vs battle channel its kinda their obligation to use a character at the point they talk about. I mean they mentioned Personae in the beginning and didn't even use them.

@@DeusX121 just using persona after persona doesnt make for a good script, considering they have to balance giornos more líimited Arsenal and also have character moments, i will take a fight with an interesting dynamic between both characters than joker summoning personas all over the place, specially since they have to make sprites for each persona that they use

@@MariReactions A lot of Persona lore makes no sense to people who haven't played the games, but basically the long and short of it is Wild Card (The Fool in Tarot) can draw on the bonds/friendships they've forged to overcome their trials. It's like that Kingdom Hearts trope of "My friends are my Power" taken to infinity. That's how Persona 3's protagonist was able to use their life force to seal away the embodient of Death herself. Or how Persona 4's protagonist overcame a corrupted goddess by summoning an incanrnation of her god husband to strike her down. Persona characters go from squishy noobs to being powerful enough to kill gods, so Giorno's reality warping abilities aren't anything special to them. Hope that cleared some stuff a little.

Eyes of Heaven shouldn't be too far detached from main canon, it was written by Araki himself and he supervised its creation. So it shouldn't be unusable for determining Requiem's abilities and limits And they adressed Joker restoring his willpower through social links, which you woulda caught on if you had actually taken the time to listen to their argument instead of hopping off the video before they can even begin to talk (and those aren't even the only arguments for Joker countering GER) It's not Death Battle "Missing" or "being 0 to 2", you're just slow

Joker is able to take blows from Yaldaboath, Shadow Okumura, and Maruki who are all above planetary. Giorno could have an entire book of Mudas and it still wouldn't scratch Joker

2 blackboxes in the DB: should answer this: 1.Almigthy attacks can overcome beings with even greater Reality warping than GER such as lucifer from the devil summoner series. 2.The velvet room can be used as a santuary against GER like it did against Yaldabaoth(who wiped them out from all of time). The velvet room is also independent of time itself.
