After some dark & gloomy metal I'm back in happy metal town! It's essential to switch it up every so often to get that creative energy going!
It didn't take long for me to rearrange this song but boy did it take me ages to make it sound right! It's been a while since I had this much trouble trying to get everything in all the right places in the mix. Probably because there's so many different things going on (if you listen to the original it's pretty messy as well). It's not exactly how I wanted it to be but after spending 4 days on just the mastering I figured it was time to let go. It's pretty good but I promise the official release will sound better!
Decided to add some Sonic & Knuckles themed effects to this video as well. Also, the second half of the song felt purple to me.

Arathrum I feel sorry for youtubers like you that deserve much more exposure, because yt algorithms are broken. To be succesful they want everyone to make mainstream stuff, so the fact that you are making covers of these amazing songs and keeping this awesome community all together is pretty respectable.

It's okay. I probably should've worked a bit harder 2 years ago. Yeah I can't say it didn't cross my mind, but then I'd just be doing it for the exposure, which totally defeats the purpose of doing what I love. Thank you for your kind words.
