I believe the reason the flashlight was offset was because of issues with “full screen” a lot of devs don’t accommodate for different sized monitors and it throws off a lot of stuff. I have played a lot of games that because of the resolution I can’t click on certain things in an inventory or even when doing menus it will always be offset so I have to put the mouse somewhere off-center or on an entirely different option in a settings menu to actually click what I want. I bet if you changed your resolution or played in “windowed” it would have been better Not defending the game but just something I have noticed as a fellow gamer
