In L's eyes, Misa is 100% the second Kira and he has evidence to that , and he knows she has the power to kill someone without knowing their name, which is why they tide up her like that, because they don't know how she kills and they suspect it might be somewhat supernatural, so unless they all have a death wish, they had better restrain her in everyway possible. . Remember she IS a Mass murderer while Light is only suspected to be one (Even if L is persuaded it is Light he cannot prove it).

dunno how hard it would be to setup a discord server and have people to talk with, maybe get a mod to filter any spoilers? at the least for AoT having someone to talk with in a non-spoiler way helps tons. ive seen it through maybe a dozen times and i picked up several new things yesterday lmao
