For Torment speeds and low GRs, or GRs where you're overpowered for that level, would it make sense or be ok to drop simulacrum for death nova so you cast it faster? The rate of blood novas doesn't seem to be fast at all.

Great build guide. I will be maining necro in the upcoming season and am super excited to use the blood nova builds. I might swap the rings to Averica Band and Briggs to pull even more enemies in thus boosting the damage through the Bloodtide Blade. Do you think Dayntee's is better than Goldwrap + Boon of the Hoarder for protection? Thanks.

So im kinda new to diablo 3 and getting the hang of it i just had a question. Do you use the simulacrum just to distract the guardian so he doesnt attack you or is there more to it ? Anyway loving the videos !

Simulacrum in the build guide for then inarius set is used as a dps cooldown(effectively double damage on single target) and as a cheat death. The build is weak on single target/juggernauts. So simulacrum is used basically just for them. Pop it umderneath the boss and use your blood siphon until boss dead. Your copy will also use your death Nova procs.

Its iron rose dude :) its activating blood nova as hes using siphon! So you've got a free secondary at the cost of no recourse

Makes sense. However as Siphon is a generator anyway (yes I know it casts BN using the Iron Rose legendary power), I think I am going to use this slot for Land of the Dead for higher GR pushing.

Can someone explain to me why LoN is still rated higher. Both sets potentially buff your damage by about 10k%, but Inarius is Tier D while LoN is considered A or S. No me Understando.

With the Inarius buff, I think the old lazy storm build will still be just as good, if not better. As long as the 6p still buffs the pain enhancer damage then I will still play it.

What's the best way to get Swamp Land Waders? Create a WD, level to 70 and then Kadala? Or is it possible to rare upgrade in cube to get them as any class?

Lvl 1 wd can upgradet lvl 70 yellow to legendary.

You should play a boss killer like shadow impale DH, and get your husband to play a version of this nova build with briggs wrath for grouping up mobs. Grouping mobs for big damage novas on top of yellows and then you kill them, and this build needs you there to kill the boss. You provide some utility and buffs too, and one of you can wear strongarms. I think this will be better than going a support build because the RG will just take too long with only this build as damage dealer.

In the Vid Bludd mentions Cool down not really important (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGiteWatpsZ_gK8 ). But from playing this build for a day, I can tell you that it is. The Channeling Siphon Blood / Proccing Iron Rose / Proccing Scythe of the Cycle drops your Bone Armor rather quickly. my current CDR is like 35% and with Bone Armor on a 10 second cool down I see myself not keeping it up all the time. Honestly surprised this hasn't been brought up more.

Hey Bludd, so I finally got all my gear together minus the Lornelle in the cube. The damage is great, but I get one shotted even in T12. is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

Royce Tong I think you playing wrong or messed up on build somewhere . I made both versions of the build with mediocre gear and I didn’t have that issue untill i hit T16. More importantly your rolls on your gear . I’d you collected the gear but have butt rolls that will explain your issue as well. Good luck

He is using Bone Armour, and has replaced Inarius boots with Steuart's Greaves for the 10 seconds of 100% speed boost they give after using Blood Rush, so needs to use RoRG to get the full 6-piece set bonus.

Necro doesn't have any sets with set offpieces (neck/belt/weapon/rings..) like other classes do. This sadly means you can't get any 6p bonus whilst wearing sages as necro.
