Dude, your speed plucking has gotten so smooth and precise. It's been awesome to watch your journey over the last few years. Also, this is one of my favorite early Death songs. The lyrics hit hard after watching a loved one's descent into Alzheimer's and being told the government won't let them die even after they've been a vegetable for years.

yeah dude i gave up on this song years ago because i could never get that section @1:42 before the chorus to sound consistent or good. There's a lot of songs from chucks band that have these extremely fast guitar runs that just sound terrible and feel irrelevant on bass. I really hate playing repetitive strings of 16th notes at around 180-220 bpm on bass especially when its lower register because it just sounds like mud and its so much harder to do with thicker strings because they're so stubby and awkward to play fast. It also doesnt help that I don't like chuck's band at all that much as I feel like he was such a mediocre guitar player with an extremely weak voice. There's not a single memorable Chuck solo that I can think off the top of my head as i've always felt his guitar playing was a scattered unrefined mess. Chuck was only good at business/marketing and surrounding himself with people that were more talented than him, kinda like josh homme. Nice cover though.

You made me think of a line from an old movie: "What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul." Nice comment, though.
