Whenever I would talk to my friends over the years about rap and people would talk about Pac never was the most technical or craziest with the word play or anything like that we all judge rappers by so much today. Almost always though especially back years ago most would always say he was their fav rapper and he has been my entire life as well. I’ve always said it was because whatever Pac was saying you were listening to every single word and it just hit your soul. You could feel the passion in his voice in every song, whether he was just bragging in a song or all the way to a slower more emotional type song you could just tell he always meant every word he said to his core and there’s never been anyone that comes close in that area ever since.

I was 5 when he passed. I remember his presence. I remember how it was to walk the same earth. At that time, there was no internet. There was barely hiphop in television and just about one magazine that featured it (where i live). I've learned english because of his lyrics printed in those magazines. My sister, who is older than me, listened to Pac with my cousins. Thats how i got into him. The first frequences of sound that entered my ears to create my soul was 2Pac. I couldn't believe that he died. For me, he didn't turn into a corpse. He became an entity.

Wow this is super crazy, i haven’t seen this since like 99, bc my friends parents worked here. I was 15 at this show with him. HOB’s had the best shows and they sold a ton of SRO’s so you had to get there early to get in. Early was an hour before the show. TBH it wasn’t that good live and suge was annoying to watch. It’s weird thinking pac was in the last part of his life, he was young young.
