Loved this game. And while the combat can definitely be clunky at times, I still find it very satisfying. There are plenty of tools that you can unlock that provide fun ways to take out the Mules. Enjoy.

First: make sure you're pressing and holding R2 (holding the cargo in your right hand). Second: let go of R2, and then quickly (before Sam drops the cargo) press square.

This level of gameplay is alien to me. I thought this was just a package delivery simulator!?!? I am stunned at this gameplay. I didnt even know the combat looked like this. I just always use the strand because fallout, but it was very entertaining watching this cheers.

I feel like people would have enjoyed this game significantly more if a lot of this combat was introduced way earlier. It's a shame that using cargo as a weapon totally destroys it, because it kind of discourages people from getting into fights at all. A lot of the stuff like grenade launchers and remote bombs become available towards the very end of the game I've seen people playing this where they try to go around the Mule and Terrorist camps so as to avoid them completely, because it's so annoying to get knocked out or killed. It would have been good if we were able to take the electric javelins from the Mules as well, even just for a single throw. Hopefully they expand on the combat in DS2, based on the trailer it looks like we might have some kind of flying ship or base.

I am currently playing this game 50+ hours ,it's greater than Rdr 2 . Rdr2 was boring for me .it's something new .one who love to explore mountains and do trekking will like this game for sure. After getting bike this game became insanely great . Bike can even run on mountains 😀😀 What a Game my god I am enjoying it so much.

are enemies rare in this game? I don't watch many Death Stranding videos but judging from the looks of the vast land it looks like there are just few enemies in this game. and do they respawn after killing them? I want to buy the game but feels like I'll get bored fast if there are no enemies to fight.

To me it looks like enemy camps are spread out. What I do know is that they do respawn, and you shouldn't kill them, only knock them out. Killing them leads to a voidout

Old thread, but wanted to add you can kill them, but you have to take all their bodies to the incinerator or a tar lake. They never respawn again.
