I found this review on steam and I felt that more people should read it: In this game, Norman Reedus meetus a fetus, but Reedus had to yeetus the fetus and feedus the fetus to the heatus but Reedus needus the fetus to beatus the BTeedus so they don't eatus the Reedus and the fetus, so Deadman agreedus to Reedus' pleadus so that the mission could succeedus. I've played some video games before, and watched a TON of playthroughs by now probably, and I've never experienced that bizarre out-of-reality texture that this game has. I don't really know how to explain what it is about it. I think part of it is the unexpected "logic" of the storyline perhaps. like Jack keeps pointing out how weird it is that the whole storyline is essentially just a delivery service. usually games are more "flavorful" in their story agenda. when you think about making a game, you'll try to make something action-worthy, dangerous, powerful. I find that so incredibly bizarre that truly, the whole game is about a guy who... delivers. that is such an unexpected decision by the maker, that it made something very different. I think that same principle of "different logic" kinda goes for many aspects of the gameplay and the storyline, that make it all just feel unknown. maybe just me tho, haha.

From what I've played it's excellent. No games can compare to the experience delivered this game. It opens so many new possibilities for video games that can finally be more than just shooting stuff it's really exciting. The visuals are stunning and the gameplay is unique, like I can't compare it to anything else. It's like Kojima invented a new genre by mixing both gaming, cinema and music into an entirely new experience that makes you question the medium as a whole. It's not a "dudebro" game though, it demands patience and intellect.Turn off the light, put your headphones on, and immerse yourself in a true piece of visual and interactive art.

even after all this time I can come back here and just chill to this series I love this game, and I love seeing jack play this game. I play this game as well at least off and on and sometimes I'll just sit in the world and enjoy the sounds and sights its truly a wonderful game.

i love the manual aspect of this game. it give you a more real sense of how hard it actually is to carry a corpse on your back while climbing a mountain. props to kojima for using the controls as symbolism of struggle

Looking back upon this game and everything about it two years following, I realize how much can change in two years, most specifically how one's individual may change over those 24 months. With a renewed appreciation, I reminisced upon all that happened over the tune of "Don't Be So Serious."
