My only two ally ideas are: 1-"humanity first": The elector counts; Kislev and Cathay (okay Bretonia too) 2-"Canonical friends" Orion(wood elves) ; the drwarves in general; the elector counts And mostly in military acces and non agro with Kislev , high elves, Bretonia and Mariumberg. I have an unit(with an soon to be story line) name: The Arrows of Morr a crossbow unit (the reason is that i prefer arch shots to help you in battle)

love this new series! thanks EDIT: the only problem I see with your mods is that if you are slowing down combat then spell buffs/debuffs should have their duration increased proportionally to how much the combat has been slowed otherwise they become irrelevant to the fight

@@GamingForImmersion it seems it only affects the winds of magic recharge speed, the problem here is that you cast a spell of the augment/hex type their duration are not long enough to be felt in the battle, if you are slowing down 25%-50% then the duration of these kind of spells should also increase by such quantities

I see what you're saying. I'm sure you are right that there are unforeseen (by me, anyway) impacts, but I'm not sure it's a problem. Those buff effects are not weakened at all, they'll still give an equivalent boost as in vanilla. Some of them may even feel more powerful, like how giving +8 MA is more impactful on a unit with low MA than one that already has high MA. I've been using these battle mods for ages and I've not felt that magic was too weak. I also tend to trust the mod author who has taken balancing into consideration when he created the mod. Hope that helps.

@@GamingForImmersion yes doing mods it is always a compromise but I still believe this was just an oversight by the mod developer , I have tried to reach him but no avail, in any case another problem I find with your configuration is that now that campaign movement is halved then the end game scenario should have its start turn increased 50% (or maybe more) this of course is easily fixed by editin the campaign scenario, Other than that I think your mods are pretty cool I would add a couple of visual mods and that would be it as far as modding this game goes

Do you mean the cinematic camera during army movement? It's a vanilla option (upper left, the button that looks like a camera). If you mean the battles, I use battle replay and rerecord them with the UI turned off.

I do the same thing, always have an Order and Evil campaign going at the same time. balance baby

Are you anything like me, I lean towards playing Order when it's daylight and Chaos when it's nighttime. Just feels right.

Have you considered Tabletop Caps as a mod? Granted I don't know how implementing a rule from tabletop about army composition fits into your idea of "immersive", but I like army compositions that have a more limited number of elite units.

Yes, I use it from time to time. I think it can add to immersion, I just don't usually need it because I try to theme armies anyway.

It probably does, but since they both make cosmetic changes to the map I didn't want to risk overlap.
