Although it would be cool, I dont think it is mover, not only because he got out of the Navy in like 2016 I think, but now he flies T-38Cs for the AF Reserve. Also, I'm pretty sure that's an F-16D, and Mover was not an instructor on the F-16, He flew the F-16C. But, it would be so cool if it was Mover.
